Service Description

Taking a whole person approach this consultation offers a supportive space for me to learn and understand your needs and what your body is communicating. Together we will explore your lifestyle demands, life stage, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, energy, digestion and emotional health along with the major influencing factors that is the liver, kidneys and thyroid. We will have an open conversation about how you are feeling, what you would like to improve and areas of wellbeing you'd like to understand better. We'll identify lifestyle factors that maybe supporting or challenging your wellbeing and begin creating realistic personalised steps that fit into your life. Your coaching can also compliment the treatments you can enjoy at Relaxation Station including facials, massage reflexology and holistic therapies. My aim isn't to tell you what you should be doing, its to give you knowledge and confidence to better understand your own body and make informed choices. You may leave with clearer understanding of our priorities and practical lifestyle suggestions and questions you may want to take to your health care practitioner. This service works alongside you healthcare - not instead of it.
