To redeem your points you can select to use them on your online booking.
Select your reward, obtain the code, make your treatment booking, apply your code in the payment check out section

The loyalty scheme works for all clients managing their bookings and purchases through the website only. I cannot apply your code through in salon purchases and payments. This loyalty scheme was created for clients that understand the time and admin it takes to solely run a business. As a one woman band I thank you for respecting my time outside of the treatment room.
