Service Description

A workshop to take you through the exploration of mindfulness. Why it is so beneficial for managing stress and emotions? How you can implement it easily into your daily life, with guiding exercises you can easily re create. A hand out provided afterwards with all the exercise steps for you to keep. Accompany your online workshop with a mindful kit for £5 posted. This workshop can be as a one to one basis or as a scheduled group workshop. Available online via zoom. You can schedule your zoom link here or get in touch. Group sessions of 5+ arranged by you can be offered with a small discount or host incentive. Please contact direct for this.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform me of any changes you need to make to your appointment, with as much notice as possible. Your unused appointment can be offered to clients on our waiting list. Evening spaces are especially popular. First non attendance will incur a 25% fee. Re occurring non attendance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Alternatively, a booking deposit may be required to secure your appointments. *
