Service Description
A one to one session to guide you through the learning and understanding of E.F.T. The Emotional freedom technique harnesses your own mindful awareness and acceptance over your emotional feelings, allowing you to manage and control overwhelming or unwanted feelings and situations. Once learnt the technique can be applied anywhere with discreet and ease. A powerful tool for all ages. A course of sessions is required to work through the techniques and skills of eft ensuring they are instilled correctly for a life long tool of support. We actively support the UK charity Mind. With every session £5 is donated to this amazing charity. Available in person or via zoom video conferencing.
Cancellation Policy
Please inform me of any changes you need to make to your appointment, with as much notice as possible. Your unused appointment can be offered to clients on our waiting list. Evening spaces are especially popular. First non attendance will incur a 25% fee. Re occurring non attendance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Alternatively, a booking deposit may be required to secure your appointments. *
