Welcome in fresh spring energy with this bespoke workshop hosted by the wonderful Michelle at Sacred space. This adapted session will incorporate a yoga energy flow before commencing with the sound bowl guided meditation. Releasing the winter energy and invigorating the fresh spring vibes to support your mind and body wellness. Limited spaces.
