Join us for a relaxed introductory talk about menopause and the changes that take place during this stage of life. We’ll look at what’s going on in the body, how it can affect us in so many different ways, both physically and emotionally, and what options are available for support — from medical treatments to lifestyle approaches.
It’s simply an opportunity to learn a little more, ask questions if you wish, and feel better informed. No prior knowledge needed, and you’re very welcome to just come along and listen.
