Introducing, my DIGITAL DETOX challenge.
For the month of January (5 weeks) I would love for you to join me on this new detox programme. I have designed a programme that will allow you to set and reach your targets and goals; with tips, advice, facts and sociable connective events. Treatments and products also play a part, of course, so expect some enjoyable rewards too.
