Service Description

The Sunday series has been taken from my successful Wellness programme and adapted to suit the lock down and home experience during the Covid19 pandemic. It is a five week programme that has a different topic focus each week. Delivered to you each Sunday in PDF format to allow you time to read it at your leisure and set aside some you time. With tasks to try and set yourself in the week it can help you to refocus on your own health and well being.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform me of any changes you need to make to your appointment, with as much notice as possible. Your unused appointment can be offered to clients on our waiting list. Evening spaces are especially popular. First non attendance will incur a 25% fee. Re occurring non attendance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Alternatively, a booking deposit may be required to secure your appointments. *
