Starting from week 13, regular massage can can help the body's posture and muscle adaption during its transformation. It can alleviate aches and pains by inducing a natural pain killer. It benefits both mother and baby.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform me of any changes you need to make to your appointment, with as much notice as possible. Your unused appointment can be offered to clients on our waiting list. Evening spaces are especially popular. First non attendance will incur a 25% fee. Re occurring non attendance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Alternatively, a booking deposit may be required to secure your appointments. *
