Please inform me of any changes you need to make to your appointment, with as much notice as possible. Your unused appointment can be offered to clients on my wait list. Evening spaces are especially popular. Re occurring non attendance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Alternatively a booking fee may be requested for consistent re scheduling to secure your appointments.
